Payment Related:

Cash on delivery & Online payments are accepted .

Once the rider is at your doorstep, please ask for pickup confirmation sms & whatsapp

Estimated bill amout can be calculated during pickup.

Cancellations Related:

For cancelling your scheduled pickup, you need to cancel the order online/inform the pickup agent via call.

Cancellation is not chargable as long as the Rider has not left our station to pickup your garments.

Otherwise, the customer may have to pay 100 Rupees as conveyance charges.

Bookings Related:

We operate from 9.00 AM to 9.00 PM, 7 days a Week. You can schedule a pickup through website. You need to provide your Name, Mobile Number, Address and Pickup Date & Time Slot. Our Rider will be at your doorstep at the mentioned time slot. However, we do not guarantee it. You need to count your clothes at the time of pickup. The garments will be delivered on the date & time. However, we do not take any guarantee of it. Letswash is not responsible for any delay.

Terms & conditions:

Letswash is not responsible for fastness of colour or shrinkage of garments & does not guarantee 100% removal of stains

Any issue with garments/delivery shall be reported immediately during delivery to letswash support team.

5 times of the washing rate will be given for particular articles lost/damaged if claimed within 24 hours of delivery.
